2. Hosting and server log data
This website is hosted and delivered via Cloudflare. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested file, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and status codes.
The processing is carried out to provide the website securely, reliably and efficiently. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in technical delivery, security and abuse prevention.
The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare may also process data outside the European Union. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). More information: Cloudflare privacy policy.
3. Fonts and animations
The fonts "Inter" and "Unbounded" used on this website are hosted locally on this server. No connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) is made when the page loads. Background and motion effects are rendered entirely locally in your browser; no data is transmitted for them.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the transmitted data is processed in order to answer your request. This includes in particular the email address, message content and technical email metadata.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps. In all other cases, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in handling incoming inquiries.
5. Spotify player (two-click solution)
This website can embed a Spotify player. The player is not loaded automatically. A connection to Spotify is only established once you actively click "Load Spotify player". Data is then transferred to Spotify, in particular your IP address, browser and device information and the page visited. Spotify may also use cookies or similar technologies. This can happen even if you do not have a Spotify account or are not logged in.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG, which you give by clicking. Consent applies only to the current page view and is not stored; on your next visit the player is again only loaded after a click. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by reloading the page.
The provider is Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden. More information: Spotify privacy policy.

This website contains links to Spotify, SoundCloud, Instagram and TikTok. Merely visiting this website does not transfer data to those providers through the links. Once you click an external link, you leave this website and the privacy rules of the respective provider apply.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set its own cookies, does not store data in your browser (e.g. local storage) and does not use analytics, tracking or marketing services. For the Spotify player, see section 5.
8. Storage period
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the relevant purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. Server and security data is processed by the hosting provider according to its technical and legal requirements.
